has 8 years experience in teaching food and nutrition. Before joining Yoyogaga, he was a youtuber sharing recipes of healthy diet. He loves going out, travelling and learning new cultures.
Caroline
has 6 years of experience in teaching meditation. She had been with Yoyogaga since our grand opening day. She is passionate in sharing her thoughts and knowledge to students. She enjoy light music and outdoor activities in sunshine.
Lindsay
has 8 years experience in teaching yoga. She had been a personal yoga instructor for Hollywood celebrities. We could see her often on TV shows sharing her insight and experience.
Suiven
has 5 years of experience in teaching yoga. She was a graduate in University of Toronto studying kinesiology. She is knowledgeable in human body and sport medicine.
Tom
has 8 years experience in teaching meditation. He sees meditation as a philosophy that your mind and body sink into a deeper state to relax, recover and discover your inner potential. He loves reading and walking with his dog.
